In order to provide authenticated data to the clients, Quality Check Executive position is of utmost importance as s/he will be the one who will track & monitor the field operations as per the pre-defined guidelines. The responsibilities will include the accuracy in the reports audited, meeting the timelines, information sharing with the client. S/he should have adequate knowledge of retail marketing & various processes involved in retails operations.

This position is for the Technology Implementation function of Channelplay. We’re looking for someone with great credentials and a lot of energy to do things and learn and innovate, and someone who desires to stay and grow with us for a long time.

Role & Responsibilities

1) Implementation and maintenance of the audit process to ensure quality of the reports

2) Audit of the reports submitted by field team within pre-defined TAT and audit guidelines

3) Sharing reports with internal & external stakeholders

4) Maintain work discipline & data integrity

5) Should be able to meet deadlines and targets defined by Reporting Manager

Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role

1) Aptitude for Innovation: Our ideal candidate would be someone who in the past has shown an aptitude to not just accept the status quo and focus on maintaining it through good management - but would have had ideas for improving things. A tinkering/improvising attitude will be important for being on a process of continuous improvement, and will help you have ideas for an effective long term strategy.

2) Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
