Rapido Bike app is a platform where people can book a bike ride through a mobile app to and from the destination of their choice. It also provides an opportunity for people with a two-wheeler to become a Captain on the platform to offer rides on their bikes and make some extra money in their spare time. Founded in 2015, Rapido Bike ride has been making life easier for people, solving the ever-growing intra-city commute problem in the most economical way. The menace of traffic and the lack of efficient transport option in most cities is a common day problem now. With a vision to provide affordable and fast transport option for the people, Rapido Bike app is now operational in 40+ cities across India.

Manage a large operations team (50+ riders off the roll ) and deal with staffing issues such as On ground operational issues, training and development programs for Riders, etc.
-Previous experience in running projects on Last-Mile operations, cost optimization, and process improvement initiatives
-Excellent team management ability and communication skills
-Comfortable in working in a Fast pace environment
- Experience in Last-mile deliveries or B2B delivery channel.
- Responsible for driving end to end operations For delivery partner i.e. Onboarding, Payments, Tracking and Last-mile deliveries.
- Should be street smart to tackle on-ground issues.
- Basic knowledge of google sheet, Excel.
- Can go on the field too, so should be used to it.
- able to manage escalations

This role will be under 3rd Party Payroll and the Salary will be from 15000/- to 20000/- per month based on the interview.
And this role will be on shift basis.
